Smells Like A Beer Fest 2020

THIS EVENT IS A NON-PROFIT BEER FEST, WITH PROCEEDS DONATED TO THE KENNETH YOUNG CENTER OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE

• GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS: $75 EACH PLUS FEES . Your ticket gives you access to the fest, unlimited pours of beers/ciders/meads during the fest while supplies last, an exclusive Smells Like A Beer Fest taster glass, and Fest bag.

• DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS: $30 EACH PICKUP AT THE BREWERY ONLY. Your ticket gives you access to the fest only.

• This event is 21+ with valid ID (absolutely no children, infants, any persons under the age of 21 permitted)

• Only 2 tickets allowed per person. Name on the ticket must match the name on your ID – there are NO EXCEPTIONS. • This purchase is non-refundable.

• This is a rain or shine event, event is held outside

• No outside alcohol permitted into event

• No backpacks, large purses, large bags permitted. All small purses/bags are subject to search by security

• No dogs, with the exception of Service Animals

• Smoking permitted in designated area only (map to be posted soon)

• No weapons

• Mikerphone reserves the right to ask any guests to leave the event should the need arise (this means don’t overindulge and don’t do anything dangerous, please) Any parties asked to leave event will NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND.

CHARITY: This is a non-for-profit charity event. All proceeds from the fest will be donated to the Kenneth Young Center in Elk Grove Village https://www.kennethyoung.org/about-us

MUSIC: School of Rock All-Stars will be performing live during the fest.

FOOD: Food vendors will be onsite during the entire fest. Food is not included in the ticket price, please bring cash and/or credit. No ATM on site. Food vendors include:

BOTTLE SALES: No bottle sales will take place at the fest. We will be announcing details for sales of BARREL-AGED IMPERIAL SMELLS LIKE BEAN SPIRT and Variants at a future date. Sales will take place close to the date of the fest.

PARKING: Parking is very limited, and no overnight parking will be allowed. Please try and take public transportation to the event to be safe. There will be a designated ride share drop off/pickup area. Parking map will be posted soon.

MERCH: All General Admission attendees will receive a 5.4 ounce Fest Glass (pics to follow) and a drawstring Fest bag. Broken or misplaced glassware will replaced with plastic cups. We will have Mikerphone merch available for sale, as well as on-site printing of LIMITED EDITION Fest shirts by Relish Brand. These shirts will be limited in quantity, and will be made to order during the event. More details to follow.
